SCRIPTURALLY... THE TRUTH

THE BRIDE AGE

…The age of the Methodist, the age of the Baptist, the age of the Nazarene, the age of the Pilgrim Holiness, the age of the Pentecostal — all these ages are passed away; the sun's going down. He said it'll be light in the evening time.
[Great Commission]

Luther walked in one light; Wesley walked in another. Wesley walked in one light; Pentecost walked in another. But we're walking on higher than that today! And if there's another generation, it'll go beyond us…
[What Is The Holy Ghost]

Luther, being the first reformer, came out with justification; then came Wesley with sanctification; here comes the Pentecostals with the Baptism of the Holy Spirit: the Church constantly getting into the minority, greater power. When the enemy comes in like a flood the Spirit of God'll raise a standard against it. And now we've left the Pentecostal Age.
[Sign Of The Time]

Do you believe that we're promised, that in the last days, according to Malachi 4, that would turn the hearts of the children back to the fathers?
[Once More]

And in the last day, as we're told, as it was in the days of Sodom, the Bride will be united by the Word of God made manifest in the flesh.
…That's the reason the Lutheran died when Wesley rose up. It was another age. The Word came forth, and they had to accept it or die. That's the reason that the Pentecostals are dying now, because the age is here. The Word has been made manifest — the Eagle Time.
[What Shall I Do With Jesus Called Christ?]

You cannot preach Luther's message today! It goes in it — that is the feet. Cannot preach Wesley! Cannot preach Pentecostal! We are plumb beyond that! They denominated and died.
[Invisible Union of the Bride]

The dying of the Pentecostal brings forth the rapturing of the Bride. See? The dying of Luther brought forth Wesley. See? The dying of Wesley brought forth Pentecost. The dying of Pentecost brings forth the Message now.
…And you have to die in the Pentecostal Age, leave nothing of it left, burn it with fire, because it's going to be burnt like the stalk that the wheat comes up out of. The stalk — the denomination — it's got to be burned. So don't bring your denomination over in the New Message. This is the Word now!
…No leaven among you, that brings the entire fullness of the Godhead bodily among you. Couldn't do it in Luther's age, couldn't do it in Wesley's age, couldn't do it in Pentecostal age; but in the day when the Son of man will be manifested, revealed, brought back the Church together with the entire Deity of God amongst His people, showing the same visible signs, manifesting Himself like He did at the beginning when He was manifested on earth in a form of a Prophet-God. Oh! Glory! Promised by Malachi 4, promised by the rest of the Scriptures. Where you worship? The house of God, seated (in present tense).
[God's Only Provided Place of Worship]

All right then, the Bride is always part of the Bridegroom, so the Bride will not be a denomination; it will have to be the Word manifested to be the Bride of Christ.
[Invisible Union of the Bride]

In that day the Son of man will be revealed. What? To join the Church to the Head. Unite, the Marriage of the Bride. The Bridegroom's call will come right through this when the Son of man will come down and come in human flesh to unite the two together. The Church has to be the Word. He is the Word, and the Two unite together. And to do that, it will take the manifestation of, the revealing of, the Son of man. Not a clergy-man. Do you see what I mean? See, it is the Son of man. Jesus Christ will come down in human flesh among us and will make His Word so real that it will unite the Church and Him as one; and then she will go Home to the Wedding Supper. Amen! She is already united. We go to the Wedding Supper, not to the Marriage. Feel your flesh (suffer among the flesh of mighty men) because the Marriage of the Lamb has come. But the Rapture is going to the Wedding Supper. When the Word here unites with the person and they two become one, what does it do then? It manifests the Son of man again; not the church theologians, but the Son of man. The Word and the Church become one.
…Do you believe that we're living in the last days when the Son of man was to be manifested? That would be all the Word that is gathered up through Luther, Wesley, Baptist and all that, and the Pentecostal, all gathered up to the revelation of what it has all been. The Seventh Angel was to open the six seal mystery. It's all gathered up in the Son of man, His Fullness of time has come to the Fullness of His Word, to manifest the Fullness of His Body.
[Proving His Word]

Son of man — always in the Bible is a prophet. See, He came in three Sons' names: Son of Man, Son of God, Son of David. See? And He pronounced His name “Son of Man” because that's the work He done — of a Prophet, Seer. And He said that in the days like it was in Noah's when the Son of man began to reveal Himself, that would be the time of the end.
[Birth Pains]

This is at the time that the Son of man would be revealed — the revealing of the Son of man. Now the Son of man was actually revealed potentially just for a few moments there — just before Sodom was burned. Now that Man was Elohim. That was God, and Jesus is God. And God was revealed potentially right there for a few moments to talk to Abraham, in the investigation judgement, just for a little bit. The Son of man was revealed, the Son of man, Elohim. Do you see it, Church? The Son of man, Elohim, was revealed just for a few minutes, for the very next morning she (Sodom) was burned. When? Before the sun could come up again. So there can't be no organisation left, neither can there be any further advancement than what's going right now, for she'll be burned before the day breaks again. The revival's over across the nation. There ain't going to be no more revivals. Big sweeping revival, this nation will never receive it. You might have intellectual gathering, but I mean a Spiritual revival. We've seen all of it. I hope you're catching it.
[Christ Is Revealed In His Own Word]

So…our modern denominations depend on education to some man-made theology to explain all these things away. And they accept that. They don't take this; they want to hop around on what some Pentecostal organization — killed a hundred years ago, eating on half rotten manna… The higher you go, the more you can see. So it's time for the eagles of this day to get to flying higher, dig into God's promises, not live on vulture food that's been killed years ago. Get out of it! …Once a carrier of a true word, justification, then it became a carrier of sanctification, then it became a carrier of the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, restoration of the gifts. But then when it goes on and keeps going back to try to eat something, manna, from another day, it's rotten. It's no good. A genuine eagle of this day knows that was all right, but we got that plus until Jesus Christ is made manifest in the Fullness of His Power as He promised to be in this last day.
[The Seed Is Not Heir With The Shuck]

Now, you see, It's Wheat Time now! It's getting Harvest Time. This is not Luther's age, this is not Pentecost age, this is the Bride Age. As Moses called a Nation out of a nation, Christ today is calling a Church out of a church, you see; the same thing in type, taking them to the Glorious Eternal Promised Land.
[Leadership]

[Note: The foregoing quotes, and many others, have been used by many followers of Bro. Branham to teach an extreme form of doctrine called “Parousia”, a Greek word often translated as “Coming”. These followers taught that Jesus Christ had returned in the person of Bro. Branham (some said that he was the Incarnate Christ or the Lord Branham Christ, hence, he was infallible), that the Rapture had taken place and that the 'Millennium' had begun. Others quickly condemned this teaching and were suspicious of any preacher who used the word “parousia” (or even the use of any Greek or Hebrew word) in his preaching. (The study or use of Greek and Hebrew words of the Scriptures is taboo to many followers of Bro. Branham just because of some remarks the prophet had made. Yet, Bro. Branham made use of the Greek Lexicon in some of his teachings. It is true that the Revelation of the Word does not come by `word study', it is the Holy Spirit Who gives it. However, the same Spirit, Who authored the Scriptures with the use of just the right words, would certainly help and bless those who “study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth” (2 Tim.2:15).)
The word parousia emphasizes both the idea of being near or being there and having come. It denotes both an Arrival and a Consequent presence. It is said that the Christians in the Graeco-Roman world used it as a technical term for the Glorious Return of Christ. The borrowed term was originally used for official visits by royalty. Remember, Jesus Christ is the King of kings. Today, most Bible students stress that the word parousia is used to describe the corporeal coming of Jesus Christ in the Rapture and His physical presence with those to whom He has come. This is only an assumption. The word parousia, in itself, does not signify a physical presence unless expressly stated. Read the statement of the Apostle Paul in 2 Corinthians 10:10 and note the adjective in the phrase, “his bodily presence” (Grk: parousia tou somatos). The phrase specifically denotes St. Paul's physical presence (cf. 1 Cor.16:17; 2 Cor. 7:6-7; Phil.2:12). When the word parousia is used to describe the Return of Christ, the emphasis is more on the period of His Return rather than on the coming of His Person.

The Holy Scriptures show that both the First and the Second Advents of the Lord's Christ are stretched over a period of time. It must be emphasized that the period of both the First and the Second Advents of Christ began when the Word came and manifested itself to bring about the Corporeal Appearing of God in the Man, Christ Jesus. Such an arrival and consequent Presence of the Word would only be recognized by a group of God's elect as evident in the Bible concerning His First Advent.

If we carefully study the Bible we will understand that the Return of Christ embraces many prophetic events before He appears corporeally to whisk away the members of His Bride to Heaven, and then come back with them to earth after the Great Tribulation to set up the Kingdom of the Lord God.

In the First Advent, when the Parousia (Coming, Presence) of the Lord's Christ was on the earth in the town of Nazareth, besides Zechariah, Elizabeth, Joseph and Mary, who else recognized it? Again, when the Lord's Christ was born in Bethlehem who else, besides those shepherds who were out in the field at night, recognized His Parousia? And, besides the wise men of the East who followed a star to a house where the Child lived, who else recognized the Parousia of the Christ, the King of the Jews?

And when the Child was presented to the Lord God in the temple at Jerusalem, who else, besides Simeon and Anna, knew of His Parousia. Also, did any of the Ecclesiastics of the Law recognize the Parousia of the Christ when the twelve-year-old Lad was in their midst in the temple discussing the Word of God with them?

Evidently, except for those few blessed people, many could neither recognize the days that they were living in nor realize that the Parousia of the Lord had been in their midst for some 30 years. It is not surprising that the majority of Israel could miss the revelation that the Word of God had come in their midst because they had been in and out of God's Word and playing the harlot. The same is true of the majority of Church people today. Many are also playing the harlot, having adulterated the Word with their filthy creeds and dogmas. They have failed to recognize the day that they are living in. We know that not all who profess to be Christians are truly the children of God.

Hence, we notice that the First Advent of Christ consisted of several events stretched over a period of time and not just one single event which took place after John the Baptist proclaimed: “Behold the Lamb of God...!” But when the fullness of time according to God's calendar had fully come, God began to unfold His Promised Word concerning the Coming Of Christ and those who could recognize it in that hour could say, “The Messiah is coming”, “The coming of the Messiah is nigh”, or “The Messiah is here” because the parousia (coming) had taken place. Read Luke 1:42-43; 2:10-11, 25-32.

Similarly, the Second Advent of Christ would begin with the Coming of the Word at a certain time and end with the Literal Appearing of Christ, The Person. Christ the Word would have to come to the True Worshippers of God before Christ the Person would come and receive them. For a detailed study on the subject of Christ's Second Coming, read these three messages: The Marriage of the Lamb, The Coming of Christ and Revelation Chapter 10.]
